There's theory and then there's real world performance in tarkov 16:10 or 16:9 screen mode. I get better fps using only physical cores, tested on two different cpus several times (to make sure it's still up to date).

I used a large amount of time tweaking this game and finaly searched about unity engine and found that using this cmd line inside boot.config like this You need to enable only physical core in tarkov option to make it work. In game settings *checking the only use physical cores option might yield more fps, you have to test it on and off in game and see if you get an increase in fps Ram cleaner option will try to clean the memory occupied by the game every time you hit escape.
On if you have intel cpu (amd makes no difference) fov whatever you want (the lower fov is best for low end pc’s) head bobbing Factory (game works better in menu) settings/graphics screen resolution
