Hi everyone, i upgraded my graphics card from a 1070 to a 3080 in november 2020
Before, i had no issues running sims 4 on the 1070 After i installed my 3080, the sims 4 instantly stopped working I click on the game icon, and nothing happens except the loading wheel appears by my cursor before g. I don't work for ea, and i don't do private support
I do receive products from ea as part of the ea creator network Have you backed up your saves Checked for broken and updated mods/cc? When i try to play sims 4 it says it’s unavailable in the ea game page
I spoke to someone a few day’s ago and they said it was a issue with the game and it should be working again soon but it’s still not working and they have directed me here
If anyone has any suggestions i’d be very grateful. But the first question is whether you've I have just started playing sims 4. And i cant work out how to get to town map
