1.)the problem i had with this advice when i saw it being given to certain guys is how do you define “easy” and after that being “easy” is relative to the guy imo. The ugly look like 'before' pics on haircare or skincare products, pretty looks like 'after' Gorgeous looks like the model from the previous set got a slot on a reality tv show and a photoshop budget. Your ugly is not going to be the same as anyone else's ugly, so i think you're better off just looking at naked women in general and then deciding which ones you want to keep looking at.
There are plenty of women who are attractive, maybe not conventional, but because of the comparison to the conventionally attractive/lack of positive reinforcement in our own beauty we knock ourselves instantly as being ugly. op has anecdotal evidence based on their experience, which i think is what it mostly boils down to Russian women are valued based solely off their looks Therefore they pay more attention to being thin, getting aesthetic enhancements, nails, clothes, hair, etc Making them automatically more attractive compared to other cultures.
